Terms & Conditions:

Summers End is a 19+ event no minors.
Government -issued Id is required upon entry of the festival proving you name and age.

There is no refunds on the tickets.
If you can’t come you must sell it personally yourself through the FB page or through your own socials.
If the event is terminated or cancelled for a reason the festival decides for postponing before August then a refund will only be okay for this reason.
If the event was cancelled due to extreme weather, forest fire, or any other nature, government regulation out of our control we will still not be refunding.
Please ensure you will be able to attend before buying the ticket.

Doors open for the festival Friday, September 12th at 3:30pm .
Ceremony starts at 5:40pm with music afterward.
Saturday day pass only the doors open at 10:30am.
There will be limited door sales but we will have some for last minute buyers.
We also promote no night time driving up the mountain road so be sure to get there early to campout as there won’t be any one at the bottom of the gate at night but security will be on site checking ones who come in for proof of payment.
So come early for door sales.
Stay tuned through the FB group or Insta page for updates on numbers for that don’t assume.
You will be required to show us the custom made hard copy ticket that we mail out to you. Or you will have to show the proof by screenshot/printed page of the ticket.
Anyone re using any tickets already used from friends will be asked to leave.

Summers End will be Held in Salmo, BC this year.
Directions to the site are:
Take the Creston turn off (Nelson Creston highway) at the lights in salmo.
Drive straight along that highway.
Drive till you pass the US border turn off.
(DO NOT turn there).
Keeping straight on the highway like you were anoint 2 minutes.
Look for the next left you will see a Lost Creek Road sign on the right when you have gotten to the spot.
There will be a big open parking lot pull out spot that will be obvious it’s the spot.
We will have team down at the bottom ready to help guide & welcome you.

As a condition of you ticket purchase, and by entering the venue you voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim , liability, or expenses of any kind that you may experience or incur.

Lastly by entering the venue you also herby release covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the venue, event , promoters , and vendors.

Your tickets are being purchased from SummersEnd collective (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
